Retreats

Our Retreats are based on the Ignatian method of recollection. It incorporates silence, with a rhythm of prayer, art expressions as form of expressing what is happening in us in prayer. It also include accompaniment with a spiritual director who helps deepen what is already happening in the prayer time of the retreatant.

One can opt to have a day in silence, 3 days, 5 days or 8 days in a traditional Ignatian retreat, following the spiritual exercise as designed by Ignatius. Or you could choose from the topics that we have available, which may help you discern your calling, deal with your grief and losses, do a grand examen for the year or prefer to do a Lenten retreat during easter.

This program has a collection of preached retreats exploring various relevant and practical topics. It is offered to those who cannot commit to the eight-month spiritual formation program but has the desire to deepen their walk with God.

Silence and solitude can pose a challenge to many but with enough preparation and guidance, this intimate encounter with God can be very healing.
