Our Spiritual Formation Team
Founder & Executive Director
Lita Quimson is an experienced spiritual director trained in various local and international institutions such as the CenterQuest School of Spiritual Direction, Center for Ignatian Spirituality, and Emmaus Center for Psycho-Spiritual Formation. She holds a master’s degree in ministry major in spiritual formation and certificates in spiritual direction and formation. Lita designed all the formation programs and continues to design programs that are relevant to today’s world. She spearheads the development of innovative ways to reach more seekers, considering retreats and accompaniment online.
Jo-ed finished his training in spiritual direction at the Center for Ignatian Spirituality. He has been co-teaching various modules in the ministry’s Spiritual Formation and Zest Programs. Jo-ed holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has been involved in the spiritual formation of Jesuit Volunteers. He also practiced guidance and counseling among the youth.
Head of Corporate Formation
Joey has been giving the Spiritual Exercises in retreats since 1987 initially as a Jesuit scholastic and now as a married lay person. He has been a counselor and spiritual director since 1990. Joey has trained under under Don Richard Riso and Russ Hudson of The Enneagram Institute and has been teaching the Enneagram since 2004. He is also the program associate of Emmaus Center Psycho-Spiritual Formation for Enneagram Trainings.
Marie de Guzman
Marie received her training in the giving the Spiritual Exercises in its various formats from the Center for Ignatian Spirituality. She has accompanied seminarians and religious, widows and solo parents, members of faith communities, grade school and high school faculty, lay missionaries, formators, and other individuals who are seeking the Lord in prayer.
Daisy Santos, IMSA
Daisy is a councilor at the Secular Lay Institute of Our Lady of the Annunciation, resident staff and spiritual director at the Galilee Renewal Center in Tagaytay City, and senior associate at the Center for Ignatian Spirituality. She has been giving the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises since 2001 and has been conducting preached retreats for the urban poor, mothers, widows, and youth.
Rev. Fr. Fred Saniel, SVD
Fr. Fred is an ordained religious-missionary priest of the Society of the Divine Word. He serves as the chairman of the Ongoing Formation Board of the Philippines SVD Central Province. Fr. Fred has been teaching spirituality and theology and has been giving spiritual direction to both religious and laypersons.
Sr. Lalie Banawis, RVM
Sr. Lalie is a nun of the Religious of the Virgin Mary. She is a teacher, workshop facilitator, mentor, retreat master, and spiritual director. She serves full time in the ministry of spiritual direction and retreats. Sr. Lalie received trainings on spirituality and spiritual direction from various institutions in the Philippines and abroad.
Sr. Florita Dimayuga, FMA
Sr. Florita is a Salesian Sister of Don Bosco. She serves as spiritual director and retreat facilitator at St. Augustine Major Seminary in Tagaytay, at the Mornese Center of Spirituality in Laguna, and at various FMA communities in the Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Papua New Guinea. Sr. Florita is a master of the Exercises and Director of Spiritual Life, a degree she earned from the University of Toronto.
